Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your shoes. If the fit isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Try Them On — The Right Way

We understand that fit matters. You may try your shoes indoors on a clean surface to check the size and comfort.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn outdoors
  • In original condition
  • With original box and packaging
  • With all tags included

Shoes with visible wear, creases, dirt on soles, or damage may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at returns@voviggiw.com with your order number to request a return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to size, fit, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular items. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
