Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Standard Shipping:5–8 business days
Express Shipping:3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or high-demand periods.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or P.O. Boxes at this time.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to check the latest status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@voviggiw.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
